Cida is a mother and grandmother of three girls. She has five years of experience with children and has taken EEC and first aid courses. She offers full-time care in her Whitman home.
Meet CidaMonday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:30 PM. Three meals are provided each day, and vouchers are accepted. Share your child’s food needs, allergies and rest habits with Cida before starting; ask about the arrangements for your voucher without assuming benefit approval.
Arrival, breakfast, activities, free play, lunch, rest, snack and departure give the day its sequence. There are no fixed activity times listed here; talk with Cida about how your child’s routine would fit.
A moment to greet Cida and settle into the home setting. Share anything about your child’s morning that would help the day begin.
The first meal and a chance to ease into the day. Discuss eating habits and food needs with Cida before care begins.
Circle time, drawing, art and music offer ways to listen, express ideas and take part together. Books are another starting point for exploration.
Time to explore toys and choose activities. The large outdoor space is also part of the daycare; ask Cida how it is used during the day.
A shared meal in the middle of the day. The existing photos show the table where children gather for meals.
A pause between activities. Let Cida know about familiar sleep routines and ask how rest is arranged.
An afternoon snack before the remaining play and activities. Meals and rest are useful topics to discuss during your visit.
Pickup closes the day. Plan your journey around the 5:30 PM closing time and discuss your pickup arrangements with Cida.
